This refund policy only covers digital products and as a result, after a purchase is made, such digital products are deemed “used” after download or opening.
However, Buukey Technologies offers you a 30-day money back, if certain necessary conditions are met.
However, Kindly note that this refund policy accommodates only digital products. It does not cover for physical products like books as the Authors refund policy is on the description of the book.
Here Are Conditions For A Refund, You are entitled to a refund only if ALL the following conditions are met, Where The product also has violated at least one of the customer protection below.

While we are able to provide refunds for digital products, the refund policy does not cover both virtual or offline events due to various reasons.
How long will it take to process refunds at Buukey?, From the time of approval of the request, it will take between 5 to 10 working days to process a refund.
